Smartee Group | “Shanghai Smartee Denti-Technology Co., Ltd.” refers to its parent company, Zhejiang Yinchili Medical Technology Co., Ltd., and any other entity directly or indirectly controlled by it, including, without limitation, SMARTEE ALIGNERS SPAIN S.L., SMARTEE CLEAR ALIGNER (UK) LIMITED, Smartee Denti-Technology (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited, and Sichuan Zhengmei Denti-Technology Co., Ltd. Each of these companies is an independent legal entity. |
“Personal Information”, “Personal data”, “Sensitive Personal Information” and “Data Subject” | shall have the definitions given to them in the applicable data protection law. |
Orthodontics | Orthodontics is the area of dentistry concerned with the supervision, guidance, and correction of the growing and mature dentofacial structures, including those conditions that require movement of teeth or correction of malformations of related structures. |
custom-made orthodontic aligners | A custom-made orthodontic aligners is a patient-specific device designed and manufactured based on an individual’s dental anatomy to correct malocclusion and improve dental alignment. |
Intraoral scanner | An intraoral scanner (IOS) is a digital dental device that uses laser or structured light technology to capture 3D images of the oral cavity, replacing traditional impressions and enhancing diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency. |
SmarteeERP | “SmarteeERP” refers to the management systems used in connection with orthodontic services, covering various aspects such as case management, medical records, financial transactions, customer service, and quality assurance. |
Case Management System of Smartee | “Case Management System of Smartee” denotes the system used to manage matters related to orthodontic cases. This includes, but is not limited to, functionalities such as doctor registration and login, case uploads by doctors, real-time confirmation of orthodontic treatment animations, sharing of such animations, and tracking of case status. |
Smartee Doctor App (正雅医生) | “Smartee Doctor App” is the mobile application provided to doctors, facilitating services such as registration and login, case uploads, real-time confirmation and sharing of orthodontic treatment animations, and tracking of case status. |
Smartee Assistant App （正雅小秘书） | “Smartee Assistant App” is the mobile application provided to patients, offering services including product and/or service inquiries, appointment scheduling, aligner wear management, and online query submission. |
Smartee Sales App （正雅狼群） | “Smartee Sales App” is the mobile application used to conduct sales operations. |
Thinkific | Thinkific is a software platform that enables entrepreneurs to create, market, sell, and deliver their own online courses. |
